With five development projects under way and one settled last month, Sherpa continues to expand our footprint on the Gold Coast, with unique developments tailored to their location, buying market, and lifestyle preferences of our purchasers.
Our land subdivision at Freedom Skyline completed in April, comprising six lots with Gold Coast skyline views. Congratulations to our purchasers, now ready to build their dream home in this prime location. Our intensive construction schedule continues for our four current projects, with construction scheduled to commence in the September Quarter for our newest project, Perspective Albatross.

Perspective Broadwater
We’re Under Way!
With no time to delay ahead of settlement in the March Quarter next year, Perspective Broadwater is already under construction. Following Stage 1 Building Approval, groundworks for the project are well under way. All structural piers are installed, with inground services progressing on schedule and the rear wall block work on track.
It won’t be long now until the building really starts to take shape.

Perspective Nexus
DA Approval
Perspective Nexus represents our largest apartment project, comprising 34 residences at the southern end of Palm Beach, with stunning ocean and hinterland views. Following DA approval from City of Gold Coast, Perspective Nexus was the subject of two appeals at the 11th hour. This was especially surprising given only 26 validly made objections had been submitted for the project - an amazingly low number for Palm Beach.
We have committed significant funds and energies to progressing through the legal process to address these appeals, while doing our utmost to engage with the appellants as early as possible to achieve a prompt resolution.
Sherpa’s builder, financier and buyers are in full support of Perspective Nexus, and we continue to prioritise clear and transparent communication with our stakeholders. We remain fully committed to commencing as soon as possible - watch this space for further updates.

Perspective Two Sea
Rising from the Sand
With the basement now complete, Perspective Two Sea is coming to life. The slab for Level 3 has now been poured and the Gold Coast Oceanway connecting Tallebudgera to Palm Beach has been completed at the front of our building. Our building partner, 5Point Projects, is making great progress at Two Sea, with expected settlement March Quarter, 2023.

Perspective 488
Taking Shape
With settlement in just a few short months away, Perspective 488 is really taking shape. The building structure is now completed, with the roof, windows, walls and ceilings all finished. Now for the internals - joinery, kitchens, robes and vanities are all completed up to Level 4, with the remaining floors now under way.
We recently welcomed several purchasers on a site tour of their new home to exceptional feedback. The size, floorplan, beach access and of course that incredible view made their dreams a reality. We’re on schedule for completion in July - the countdown is on!

Another Exceptional Project Delivered
We completed yet another Gold Coast development at Freedom Skyline last month. Comprising six land lots with expansive Gold Coast skyline views, Freedom Skyline represents our diverse development portfolio - not limited solely to high-end beachfront apartments, but comprising large land lots providing the freedom for our buyers to build their dream home.
Freedom Skyline is our sixth completed project on the Gold Coast in under five years. With one development on track for completion this year, three more on schedule for 2023 and one to complete in 2024, the future is bright (and busy) at Sherpa Property Group.
