Fresh Perspective for parkland

Playgrounds make the best views – and that goes for both the Broadwater and Quota Park at Biggera Waters. Now the playground is getting even better, with a redevelopment of Quota Park well under way.

The park connects the Broadwater with adjoining urban areas and the local community, which will benefit from the upgraded pathways, playground (including shade), and fitness equipment.

Our boutique development, Perspective Broadwater, will deliver six one-per-floor luxury apartments and a two-level penthouse overlooking Quota Park and the Broadwater so the opportunities for outdoor activities on the front doorstep will be a great attraction for new residents.

You can check out Perspective Broadwater and register interest at the project’s website: perspectivebroadwater.com

The City’s plan with Quota Park is to provide an attractive green space for both residents and visitors and its connections with Biggera Creek and the Broadwater make it a natural playground with the convenience of city living.

Upgrades, expected to be completed early next year, include:

  • Widened pathways and improved circulation;

  • Community common and small events space;

  • Pathways closer to the water for greater engagement with the Broadwater;

  • High quality shaded play area;

  • New barbecue and park furniture; and

  • Established tree plantings
