Sherpa identified as “developer to watch” in 2022

Sherpa Property Group was recently listed in Urban.com.au’s “Top 8 Queensland developers to look out for in 2022”. An article on the company’s website cited a “stellar year” for Sherpa in 2021, highlighting the Perspective range, including Perspective 488 and the adjoining Perspective Two Sea in Palm Beach, as well as Perspective Nexus, at the southern end of Palm Beach. It also looked at our newest venture, Perspective Albatross, slated to be built at 72-74 Albatross Avenue in Mermaid Beach.

Major projects, including Perspective Nexus and Perspective Broadwater were both conceived and launched in 2021 while one of the first in the brand, Perspective 202 at Bilinga have now been completed. The Perspective range reflects one of Sherpa’s core values – Less is More – in some of the best beachfront locations on the Gold Coast. The focus on mostly one-per-floor apartments is meeting the growing demand for the size, privacy and security of a house with the convenience of an apartment.
